Verified Impact Advisory was founded by entrepreneurs with hands-on experience in social projects and operational environments.
Fabian Stempel has been volunteering with the organization Young Bafana since 2019, supporting multiple projects primarily in South Africa, as well as in Germany and Switzerland. His involvement includes on-site project coordination, implementation support and long-term collaboration with local partners.
Nico Zimmermann has mainly supported social projects in Germany and contributed to his first project in South Africa in 2025, adding operational and organizational perspective to the advisory work.
Through these experiences, the founders developed a strong personal conviction that responsible engagement requires more than good intentions.
Seeing both what works and what often fails in practice created a clear motivation to contribute their time, skills and structure in a more systematic way.
What started as personal commitment has evolved into a professional advisory approach — grounded in respect for local realities, long-term responsibility and the ambition to support better-informed decisions.
