Fabian Stempel has been volunteering with the organization Young Bafana since 2019, supporting multiple projects primarily in South Africa, as well as in Germany and Switzerland. His involvement includes on-site project coordination, implementation support and long-term collaboration with local partners.

Young Bafana is a non-profit organization focused on long-term youth development for children from township communities through the combination of sports, education and community-based support in South Africa.
Nico Zimmermann has mainly supported social projects in Germany and contributed to his first project in South Africa in 2025, adding operational and organizational perspective to the advisory work.
Through these experiences, the founders developed a strong personal conviction that responsible engagement requires more than good intentions.
Seeing both what works and what often fails in practice created a clear motivation to contribute their time, skills and structure in a more systematic way.
