We help companies and foundations turn social investment into clarity – through independent assessment and on-the-ground reality checks.
We help structure information, assess feasibility and support informed decision-making.
The objective is not only to understand projects, but to help align available resources with real needs and priorities in close coordination with the company
Social projects are often hard to compare, hard to verify, and hard to report on. Especially when you are not on the ground yourself.
Companies and foundations face limited visibility, fragmented information and uncertainty about whether their commitment actually translates into impact.
Without context, even good intentions stay distant.
We are an independent advisor – not a project operator, not a certification body. We do not manage funds and do not act as an intermediary.
Our role is to make projects legible: we visit, observe, structure information and help you decide on the basis of what we have actually seen.
Where helpful, particularly in more complex projects, we may also support the structuring of funding or facilitate introductions to relevant partners. Any such involvement is agreed transparently in advance and does not affect our independent advisory role.
We work alongside companies and foundations who want to understand the projects they support, not just fund them.
We support the identification and initial assessment of projects based on available information and defined criteria.
We review project assumptions, documentation and operational setup to improve transparency and clarity.
Where appropriate, we support implementation discussions and help maintain visibility on progress.
We structure information and reporting to support internal understanding and documentation.
